iPhone 4 & 4S Symbols Library for Fireworks CS5 and Less

Working on design or prototype for mobile application I got more and more convinced that 50% what my work is from time to time is routinen. The mobile application UI clearly standardized I have to constantly copy graphics interface from some stencil set it will tedious and just not productive. Because you still have to work with layers of a particular element. It takes a lot of time and distracts from the main task of UI designer.

Fireworks Improvements Project

Recently I was fortunate enough to participate in the work as a UI designer to help redesign old Fireworks extensions in Linus Limm project Fireworks Improvements Project.

The main goal of the project is to redesign and rethink the old add-ons for Adobe Fireworks. As you know many developers over time cease to update their add-on, but lay out the source code so that it can be adapted to current realities in the field of usability and design and overall functionality of application.

Gesture Library for Fireworks

The Touch Gesture Reference Guide is a unique set of resources for software designers and developers working on touch-based user interfaces. I recreate this set of gestures for Fireworks as rich symbols.

The original resource constaint  two guides: 1) an overview of the core gestures used for most touch commands 2) how to utilize these gestures to support major user actions.
